My wife and I are totally satisfied with the service we received from Joe and his team.  “Professional, patient and prepared” might be a good advertising line for them.  Deal documents were timely and accurate, and Joe did a good job of anticipating the twists and turns of our transactions.  Joe was also willing to let us buy a new home and sell the old one at our pace, and never betrayed a trace of frustration with our inexperience in the process (a refreshing change of pace from what we experienced we when tried to buy and sell about three years earlier).  Phone calls were promptly returned, advice was freely given, and Joe was creative in raising and examining different options for closing our transactions.  The service continued after the sale as well, when Joe helped us take care of a warranty issue that arose a few months after we bought our new house.  (Thankfully, he had thought ahead and ordered a warranty policy for us.)  We couldn’t give Joe a more enthusiastic recommendation.

You know... I've always got an ear to the ground for you if/when someone is looking to purchase a place; unfortunately, I work with a fairly seasoned staff and many of them are already settled in their homes.  Someday, when this g-d forsaken State figures out how to get us out of debt, and I'm able to hire some teachers fresh out of college, I'm sure I'll be able to send some business your way.  Until then, please know I'm always "listening" to the talk in the teachers' lounge.  :)
 
BTW, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my home!  I can't tell you how grateful I am for your help in finding it... it's perfect for me!  I've done quite a bit of work in the "backyard," I painted all of the rooms upstairs, got rid of the ugly wallpaper boarder in the upstairs bathroom, added ceiling fans/lights in all the bedrooms, got gas logs installed in my fireplace, etc.  I LOVE it!  If you're ever in the neighborhood... please feel free to stop by and say hello.
